Bailey Parts Direct
Bailey’s new parts website gives caravan owners the convenience of ordering genuine Bailey parts and accessories on-line and having them delivered either straight to their home or to their caravan whilst in use on holiday in the UK.
Traditionally customers would have to order their replacement parts via their Bailey Retailer and that will remain the case for those items required to be fitted by an Approved Bailey Service Centre under the terms of the caravan warranty. However there are now approximately 3,000 parts for caravans up to ten years old available for owners to order from Bailey direct through this new website.
Initially the parts ordering service will be available to any postal address in the UK with plans to roll it out to those in mainland Europe at a later date. Payments can be made using all major credit or debit cards and the target will be to dispatch all orders for in-stock items within two working days.
The site is supported by the same Bailey Customer Services team who currently supply the existing Approved Service Centre network. In order to improve the level of cover further still the department has also now altered its staffing procedures to allow it to offer a more continuous service throughout the year (please see below for departmental contact details and opening hours).
In explaining the reasons behind this initiative, the first of its kind for the UK caravan industry, Managing Director Nick Howard commented “We have all become increasingly familiar with e-commerce and the convenience of ordering items from the internet. Given that is the world we now live in it is important that we can provide our customers with the level of service that they have come to expect when shopping on the internet”.
“We believe the creation of the Bailey Parts Direct web site is an important step forward in this regard and hopefully one which will enhance the owners enjoyment of our caravans” he added.
